About Us

Coach Ronnie

I am Ronnie Duckworth, a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. My passion for fitness started with my commission into the United States Air Force Reserve, and since then, I have dedicated my life to helping people achieve their fitness and health goals long term, for life.


I believe that fitness should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone, and I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for my clients. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, I will work with you to create a customized fitness plan that fits your unique needs and goals.


My approach to training is holistic, focusing on not just physical fitness, but also mental and emotional wellness. I believe that a healthy mind and body go hand in hand, and I work with my clients to develop healthy habits that they can maintain for life.  My philosophy is rooted in what I call the three C’s: Commitment, Consistency, and Control.


In addition to personal training, I am also a certified nutrition coach, and I can help you develop a healthy eating plan that supports your fitness goals. I believe that nutrition is the foundation of a healthy lifestyle, and I will work with you to find the right balance of nutrients to fuel your body.


When I'm not in the gym, I enjoy yoga, and cooking healthy meals. I believe that fitness is a lifestyle, not just a hobby, and I strive to lead by example.

  • Certified Personal Trainer through W.I.T.S. (World Instructor Training Schools) Since 2012
  • Lifestyle Fitness Coach through W.I.T.S since 2018
  • Certified Health Coach Specialist through W.I.T.S since 2023
  • TRX level 2 Certified Since 2012 Through TRX
  • CPR/AED Instructor certified through American Heart Association.
  • Level 1 Yoga instructor through Yoga Fit since 2013
  • Indoor cycling instructor through AFAA (Athletes & Fitness Association of America) since 2015
